We will be offering the property at auction in 4 parcels, in its entirety, or in any combination of the 4 parcels you might desire. Parcels range in size from approx. 5.5 up to approx. 98 acres. One 94 acre parcel (Parcel 3) contains the camp proper with all dormitories, kitchen facilities, meeting rooms, pool, cabins, etc. Parcel 4 contains a freestanding single family home on apprx. 5.5 acres. Parcel 6 is a smaller parcel suitable for a building sites or hobby farm, and Parcel 5 is 98 acres of undeveloped forest and field land for recreation or development.
